“Management By Objectives” Should Replace “Management By Observation” As More People Are Being Pushed Out Of The Office To Work From Home.

Some wise guy said that “Work is something you do, and not something you have to travel to”. Possibly correct in the general feeling that many individuals drive to work, and as soon as they get their coats off, they grab a cuppa and read the paper for fifteen minutes. Performing arts is a category of Careers where individuals utilise their skills for the entertainment of others. But soft! How will those who cannot go and so will be unable to follow the series when the games will be contested in the wee small house on the underbelly of the globe? Some not very good choices are possible. 1. Save Up all of one’s annual leave to match with the dates of the Tests, which may not go down well with family members. 2. Finish the job for the duration of the series, which will definitely not go down well with family members. 3. Staying up through the night to watch may not go down well with the boss if one keeps falling asleep in post.

What to do? Well, there is an expedient answer which could work.
